In HotpaintArt Shop, it´s easy and safe to shop!
You can select the following ways to pay for your order:
1. Cash on Delivery
(Only orders In Sweden)
Dissolve the package at your nearest post office. Extra fee of 50 SEK will be added.
2. Pay in advance
After you submit your order at checkout, you will get information on the screen and via e-mail how to set this up. The product is sent as soon as your payment appears on our account. Cost: 0 SEK.
3. Secure Online Payment
You pay with your Diners, Visa or Mastercard on a secure encrypted way (full 3-D Secure encryption) through our partners Payer Pay & Read Swedens leading supplier of payment via the Internet. We credit your card when your order is confirmed and we store no information about your card. Cost: 0 SEK.
4. Cash payment
Get your goods at HotpaintArt airbrush studio in Umeå. Cost: 0 SEK
Rates
For delivery to countries within EU VAT is included in the price of currently 25%.
Delivery Time
Normal delivery is about 4-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Should the delivery time deviate from the promised, or if the product is temporarily out, we
will contact you as soon as possible. Delivery is made after we received the order confirmation.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to charter.
Shipping
Your goods are delivered by Posten, by letter or parcel Post depending on weight and size. With the package nr you can trace your package on posten.se
Shipping cost
Shipping cost are based on postage table for letters and packages.
Shipping cost for an order are charged for the actual weight, this happens automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping is shown when you proceed to checkout. We do not charge a delivery fee on your order or any other fees, the only thing you pay for is the actual shipping cost.
If you like you can come and pick up your order in our
airbrush studio in Umea, no shipping is charged and we notify via e-mail when your goods are ready for collection.
Warranty
One-year warranty is provided for all goods from the manufacturer.
Complaints and the right of return
HotpaintArt offers right of return in 14 days, provided that the goods are sent back unused in unopened packaging. You pay return shipping.
Notice of this must be submitted to us as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days of the goods received. (Not applicable to special ordered goods) We follow the Consumer Agencys recommendations. Shipping costs for both the outward and return are paid by the customer.
Damage to the package
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. If any dispute by post office or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us..
Age limit
In accordance with the laws on Internet purchases you need to be 18 years or older to shop in HotpaintArt Shop.
